Educational and Cultural Affairs Exchange Programs


The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) offers a variety of internships and fellowships to U.S. citizens, from students to professionals. The programs provide an opportunity to connect with the global community, gain insight into U.S. foreign policy and diplomacy, explore new career avenues and, most of all, acquire lifelong skills as you represent the United States to the world.
